Start error event not in palette

In Eclipse, I cannot see the Start error event (as referenced in the Activiti in Action book - page 30).

What am I missing?

Hi,

This BPMN element is not yet supported in the current Activiti Designer release.
It's added as an experimental feature in Activiti 5.9, so it'll be supported in one of the next releases of the Activiti Designer.
