SSO and Windows 7

Eventually, I got SOO working in an XP environment.  Works great!

However, trying to logon from a Windows 7 client will trigger the login dialog.  Windows 7 seems to do someting to the user credentials/domain name, so that it won't be recognized by the authentication subsytem.
What is it I am doing wrong?

Any help is very much appreciated.

I have found a solution to the Windows 7 SSO problem.

Local security options need to be configured as follows:

Local Security policy
> Security settings
> Local policies
> Security options
Select Network security > Lan Manager Authentication level:  change it to "Send LM & NTLM responses
