this type of error message indicates that a status response received from the SOLR server is missing some expected data fields, which are required for the status monitoring of Alfresco. When you switched from Community to Enterprise, did you upgrade the SOLR server as well? I would expect these types of errors from version incompatibilities.
As an Enterprise Customer, you should have access to the Alfresco support portal and log errors you encounter there - only this guarantees you receive adequate support in a guaranteed reaction time frame. Of course, you can still post in the forums, but the support portal should be your main goto-site.
