When using Admin Console/Site Statistics in Alfresco 4.2, I have some questions about the Global Statistics there:
- How can I see the total number of users in my system? Do I get that by adding all the roles, or are those overlapping (i.e. a user can be in various roles)?
- The number of files - does that include all versions of a file, or does each version count as a file (meaning that one document that has multiple versions could contribute with more than 1 to the number of files in the system)?
- Does the number of files include deleted files?
Tha global statistics could really be improved…
Cheers,

Hello,
I am not aware of any default "Site Statistics" functinoality in Alfresco 4.2 or the admin console for that matter, so you may be talking about the Site Statistics dashlet addon or oppna programm addon here. Perhaps you can clarify what feature you are using.
Perhaps the new statistics / reporting functionality in Alfresco 5 may be what you are expecting. See the product keynote from Summit 2014 for a preview.

Axel
