Single Sign On problems between Explorer and Share

Hey all

Currently we've got Single Sign On activated on Alfresco using NTLM against the company's eDirectory. When the user navigate to Explorer they're automatically logged in with no issues. If the user navigates to Share, they don't get automatically logged in. So when the user inputs their username and password (which is checked against eDirectory) and clicks Login, the user isn't logged in. The screen refreshes and keeps you at the Share login screen. Any ideas?

We're using Internet Explorer 7 here. This problem isn't prevailant on Firefox, but we don't use that browser company wide, so is it possible it may be a settings issue? Thanks!

Turns out this is related to an issue with our user names sitting on the workgroup opposed to the domain. So we've disabled SSO for now, since it might be easier to use a third party alternative that does things a different way

We ran into similar SSO issues with IBM FileNet and the problems were isolated to IE 6,7. Our problem was solved between enabling "Integrated Windows Authentication" in IE and adding the URL to IE's Local Intranet sites or Trusted Sites.
