I'd like to suggest what I believe to be a simple extension to the simple workflow processing in Alfresco: Enable separate emails to be generated for the Accept and Reject actions. As it now stands, the accept and reject actions can move content to different spaces, but the email that is sent doesn't know which action was triggered. This could be implemented by either 1) adding an email-generation step to each of the two actions, or 2) making the accept/reject selection available for printing in the email template. The former would be the preferred method as it would then give control to the user to format the email subject/topic information and enable different recipients for reject vs accept actions.
