Is it possible to allow the basic workflow to move files to a location where the user "approving" does not have permissions? (For example A document gets passed to Q.A Department, no one other than Q.A at this time should be able to access the file, but the file still needs to be pushed to a folder within Q.A)

Hi,
I think you 'll have to add your own TaskListener & leverage AuthenticationUtil.runAs()
Cheers, Jan

Hello,
Thank you very much for the reply jpfi I will try your suggestion (Just to note I my original subject said basic workflow but meant simple workflow) , could anyone tell me which file the simple workfile action is located? I have looked but unable to locate it but probably just being blind. I'm starting to wish I had spent the time working on learning advanced workflows, as I have already seen this done with them. But ideally don't want to go down that route now as this is now the only issue stopping the system doing what we require.
Thanks,
Alex.
