Simple Workflow Error: Transaction silently rolled back

Hi,

I created a simple workflow and as a non-admin when I move a document into the next folder, the following error occurs:

Failed to approve the document due to system error: Transaction silently rolled back because it has been marked as rollback-only

.

but when I refresh the browser view by clicking the space's name in the breadcrump path, the file is moved to the target space correctly.

What is this? What can I do?
