ShowDetails - localname - ipadres

In 1.4 _ShowDetails.exe works fine when I use ${localname}:8080 for the webpath field in file-servers-custom.xml (extension).

Because I'am working on a test server, the name of my server (in my case ElisaPOC) is not known by the workstations of the other testers… 
I can ask all of them to change the hosts file - adding a line with ElisaPOC and the ip-adres of the server - on their workstation.
That worked on my own PC.
Not all of the testers have the rights on their PC to do this.

I hoped I could replace the webpath field in file-servers-custom.xml by the IP-adress (<webpath>http://10.xxx.yyy.zzz:8080/alfresco/</webpath>)
When I make these change
_CheckInOut.exe works fine,
the _Alfresco shortcut works fine,
but _ShowDetails.exe causes "Failed to execute supplied script: ReferenceError: "webURL" is not defined. (AlfrescoScript#5)

Can someone tell me how I have to fill in the webpath field to make this work?

Have the same problem in 1.4.1 Enterprise… the __CheckInOut.exe action works but the __ShowDetails.exe actions returns:

Failed to execute supplied script: ReferenceError "WebURL" is not defined. (AlfrescoScript#5)‍

How can we solve this? Which "WebURL" is needed here?

Could you send me your file-servers/file-servers-custom config files.

Are you dragging a file from the same folder to the __ShowDetails app or from a different location ?.

The problem is the ${localname} in the file-servers-custom.xml file. If you replace the variable with the path to your server the showDetails.js script fails. It's confusing as this variable is not directly in the same XML element so the necessity isn't obvious but never the less, that's the problem (tested in 2.1 Community and 1.4.3 Enterprise).

I have the same problem.  My machine name is "alfresco" but my machine has it's own dns name.  However, when enter that in file-servers-custom.xml, I get the same "webURL is not defined" error as above whenever I try to use __ShowDetails.exe.

The __Alfresco url link and __CheckInOut.exe work perfectly (seemingly regardless of what I set "webpath" to in files-servers-custom.xml).

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
