Sharing, Viewing, Updating Contact Lists

I would like to use Alfresco as a way to share and update a variety of lists (contact databases) as well as online resources such as collections of links, blogs, etc.

What is the best way to do this (apart from embedding tables in forms for contact lists)

The proper way to do this would be to model contacts (similar to links and blogs) and create page to create and manage them. This page can be added to your Site.
