Share Actions - Specialize type

How do I run the Specialize type action in share? 
And where are all the other fun actions I have learned to love in explorer?
I have been working in explorer for years, but this is my first project with share. It's like learning alfresco all over again.

You can do this from folder rules.

Thanks, I see that I can set up rules for a folder to do a transform. Very helpfull, but i am looking for a "run action" on a specific file. Do I just have to configure that?

This action is called "change type", and you can see it when looking at document/folder details page
