Send email to all users / groups

[akba]

I'm planning to shut down the server for few days and I'm looking for feature that can send notification email to all users.

How this could be done?

Thanks

Hi,

I am currently evaluting Alfresco 3.0.  Is this feature is readily available out-of-box or do I need to do some changes/modification?

Thanks

It is available out of the box on ver. 3. You can send email to space users on space details menu. (And if you configure one space for all user that will do it)
