search through all versions of a versionned document?

Is it possible to search in previous versions of documents? Situation: all documents allow versioning. A user enters information in the document. Some revisions later, this information has changed. Is it possible to find information that was only in the first versions of the document?

The version store is indexed. Searching against it has not really been tested, nor is it exposed via the UI. You could try it via the node browser.
