You can search TEXT and any number of properties, but you do need to list out the properties - there is no "all" properties - because of how the indexes are structured it does not make sense to say "all properties of a document" - as a node is constructed from a TYPE plus any number of ASPECT definitions.

Out-of-the-box Share will search: TEXT, name, title, description and TAGS. You can configure this to add in any additional properties to your search template - including custom model properties.

So it is very flexible but there is no "all properties" feature I'm afraid.

Cheers,

Kev

According to this page there is an ALL field to use for this purpose.

For what I can tell it works  :?

If that works then that's great, use that.

Hi

There is indeed an ALL field - but using this will be slow as it will expand into a very large query.
Do you really want to match datetime and content and integers?

You may be better searching based on property type

d:text:"woof"

Again, this is on the wiki.
