Script Copy Node

Hi all.
I have a problem with the copy of documents.
What I would do is this:
When I put something in the folder A, I run a script that going to take the files in folder B and will copy the content in folder A.
It seems trivial, in fact running action as the script works, but I want to do is to create a rule, and in this case I have problems.
This is my script, i run this when i add content in folder A:

Hi all.
I solved the problem as follows:
- I created A folder where to put forward documents in the folder B.
- In B folder I created a C subdirectory where documents must be approved by arriving A.
- In the C folder I applied the rule that run the following script, take documents from a folder D and send them into another folder:

var otherFolder = companyhome.childByNamePath("User Homes/Test/Other");

var i=0;

for(i=0; i<DChildrenList.length;i++)
{
   if( DChildrenList[i].name == document.name.substring(0, document.name.lastIndexOf('.')) + ".xls" )
   {
      var child = DChildrenList[i];

      var copy = child.copy(otherFolder);
   }
