Scalability of Activiti: Whitepapers and Load Testing report

Does anyone have some info on scaling capabilities of Activiti and Load testing reports, please share the links if any.

Need them to get approval for use of activiti as our BPM platform. Found the following links, but they are not that encouraging. A report by the core team members would do fine may be.
