Same dashlet content for all

Hello everyone,

I am a beginner with Alfresco. I downloaded the notice dashlet to display a text to users.
For now, when I write a text on the notice dashlet, only the people who write the text see it.
The problem is that I want the content of this notice dashlet to be the same for all users.

I am studying the notice.jar with netbeans without success for now.
And I didn't find any topic about this, so please give me some hints about how to do.

This notice dashlet is not OOTB Dashlet.
So, what you need to do is to study the code and do the changes in the functionality yourself.
