Hello,
I'm in the process of evaluating Alfresco in the Cloud for use in our company.
I've started to get my mind around how it works, but was thrown off for a bit not realizing a lot of the documentation online is for a version of Alfresco that is hosted in-house (if I've understood correctly). We are looking at the cloud version solely.
Is it possible in the cloud version to set a rule that sends an email to all collaborators when a document in the library has been updated?
With regards,
T.

This is not possible today. Found the following thread in the feedback application for Alfresco cloud:
https://getsatisfaction.com/alfresco/topics/email_notification_functionality
It seems like its on the roadmap.

I believe Rules are available for upgraded (i.e. non-free) cloud accounts.
Thanks,
Mike
