Rule 'send mail' dont wait metadata !

Hi,

I had defined a "send mail" rule when someone add document to a space.

My problem is that i cant read document "description", because its a metadata, and "send mail" rule don't wait that user finish to save its.

Its there a solution to do that ?
Do you think tis possible to do that with a script ?

Yes you could use a script - as the 'mail' action can be created and executed from a script - in which you could access the description or any other meta-data property you want. The repository actions are accessable from a script via this API:

the example in that section happens to use the 'mail' action
