RSS feeds without authentication?

Is it possible to do that?

I have :
Windows Server 2008 R2
Alfresco Community 4.2.c

(the authentication causes issues with Outlook)

On this topic, the RSS feeds doesn't need authentication!

10 days of problems. Can somebody help me?

My problem described here :
1) On IE11 : I paste my feed url
2) Authentication
3) If it is write, I can see the feed, but if it is wrong, return to 2
4) If it is write : If I refresh several times, I'll could see a message : authentication refused
5) the window feeds are imported in Outlook, but I find some synch errors which prevent see news in the feeds

I am going to verify if SSO can resolve my problem. but if it is a known solution I am here

perhaps can I :replace protected feeds by public feeds? How?
