RM installed, but where's the File Plan?

I've run the MMT and installed the record management amp into the alfresco war file (there is now a copy of the war file in the folder, so clearly the process ran to completion).

However, when I follow the instructions in the "Records Management User Guide" for creating a File Plan using v2.0, I do not find a File Plan space option when I go to create the space.

Any ideas?

Just to be sure I deleted the exploded alfresco file and restarted the server. Same result.

However, after that I decided to try re-installing the module. This time I zipped it up first and installed it from the compressed file as opposed to the open directory. That worked.

Previously I had installed the module from a directory as opposed to the compressed file. Perhaps there’s something not working correctly for installing a module from a directory.

What do you mean by "installed it from the compressed file" …

I am facing the same problem. I did not understand the explanation above. Does anyone know how to resolve?
