RM development discussion?

Is there a publicly accessible location where discussions occur regarding future development of the RM module, eg. a -dev mailing list, or does everything happen inside JIRA? For example I'm interested to understand why 'physicality' was implemented as a Type rather than an Aspect.

Also, can bug reports for the RM Enterprise Trial be submitted to JIRA for non-subscribers or would it be better to wait for RM for Community to reach release and deal with minor issues in that context?

For bug reports with the Enterprise Trial, go ahead and create those in Jira.
