Right Management based on the content language

Hello,
I'm working on version 3.4 of Alfresco and I have to integrate a rights management rather special.
I should be able to assign to a content type (folder / content) management rights on
a user-defined language.
Let me explain:
A user 1 must have an access to a space A with right consultation / creation / modification / deletion to the language L
A user 1 must have an access to a space A with right consultation for the language M

I did not find any internal component Alfresco enabling me to develop this type of management.

Can you enlighten me on this and give me the steps to follow to make this successful management.

What do you mean by "language" above?

A user has a default language. The default language lets me know the language of content that users can manage.
