Retrieving custom property in Document Properties

Dear All,

I can add custom property named "customStatus" for file which may be either created or uploaded. This customStatus is actually saved in database. What I really want to know is how to retrieve this customStatus in Document Properties of Document Details Page like name, title, description and so on.

May I know how to retrieve this information. Let me know your answer.
