resume how to set up alfresco project on eclipse

Hello, i am fighting to set up alfresco on eclipse, 2 days ago. I was reading the forum, but i can't it.

can somebody help me? I need a resume of "Steps to setup Alfresco" to dummy.

    Follow the instructions as specified in the forums to set-up alfresco with
eclipse.

I did set it up last week.Its easy.

Download SVN client for accessing Alfresco source code.

Install java runtime 1.5.

I am using Mac OS 10.4 with eclipse.Also enable java 1.5 ,for compile options in eclipse settings.
