Restoring the content

I have an instance of Alfresco running on a server using the Bitnami stack.  In my complete ignorance I have completely broken my install and I can't remember exactly what I have done so the data may still be there or not.

I have a backup of the complete bitnami stack folder from July so this could be better than nothing at all.

There is not a huge amount of data in there.  Even if I had all of the content files I would be happy.

Can someone point me in the right direction.  I have installed the latest bitnami stack and its running.  I just need to transfer the data into it or worst case copy all of the content manually back into the Alfresco share.

Do you have any error logs or crash reports for your broken install? It can help the community figure out how to help
