Request does not contain required Security Header - error

"QueryResult result = this.repoService.queryChildren(reference)" while executing this code an error is occurring 
"Requiet deosnot contain required Security Header" and i cannot proceed with the code.
i am working in a C# application. Would any one know the solution.
