Reporting not working in Activiti Explorer-5.19.0.2, JDK8

Hi,

I am doing some POC on Activiti features and found that the report like "task-duration-report" is not working, instead getting import package exception. Please see the screenshot attached.

Here are the version details:

Activiti: 5.19.0.2
JDK: 8
apache-tomcat-7.0.68

Found that its a issue with JDK 8 in some of the blogs, but not sure how to fix the same as I am not a Java developer also.

Note: I have not changed any of the configuration & just running all the default things.

Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards,
Snehasis

It is indeed probably related to JDK version, and more specifically javascript differences between JDK's.
There is no easy fix for this. Most likely we'll remove the reporting feature in a next release, as we're not really happy with its implementation.

Thanks jbarrez for your quick response.

Just getting one more question in my mind..

Currently I can see all the Task related information in "My Instances" tab if at-least one task is not completed…
In case I want to view task details of a particular process once all the task are completed, where I can find the same?
I thought there will be something in Report section..

If you are planning to remove the report section, is there anything you are planning to add…

Thanks
Snehasis

There is a historic view too … i think it's under management.

No, not currently. Our focus is getting a kick-ass v6 engine out at the moment.
