Repo Sync

As a suggestion or question, is it already possible to sync files from repository folders too - not just sites or subfolders of sites?

Currently, it is just sites, but we want to make Share more "folder" friendly, so we will also need to make sync folder friendly too.  No schedule yet - we want to make sure we get the basics rock solid first.

As a more immediate issue….

We would like the option to sync the users home folder..

We can mark this as a favorite using share but it doesn't appear on the desktop sync (this use case possible matches the Drop Box scenario the closest). I don't know how many users would be looking at this particular use case but I think it's a really important one.

Have the syncronized repo released? Currently, I install Alfresco Desktop Sync can only sync from site.
I'm very appreciate if it can sync repository too.

This is also a #1 issue for me as well.

Well not exactly my #1 issue, but it is my #1 isue as far as sync is concerned.

Just in case any body else comes looking at this thread….

There is now an alternative to the Alfresco Desktop sync that can sync ANY folder structure in Alfresco to ANY file system directory structure.

The project is now in the Alfresco add+ons area and is called eDrive.
