repeat rule in the same document

Hi,

In space 1, I have created a rule to add a simple workflow that copies a document A from space 1 to space 2 (step name - publish). This was quite simple!  :lol:

The problem is that I would like to repeat the step publish with the same document (document A)  in the same space (space 1).  This is because, I want to copy document's version  everytime it is published ( and this can happen a lot of times)


Is that possible?

Some options to try:

a) You can re-apply rules (from manage rules dialog) - not very user-friendly
b) You can configure the web-client to provide a 'publish' UI action which adds the simple workflow aspect
c) You can develop an advanced workflow
