Renaming 'Company Home'

Is there a way to rename the "Company Home" space?

I know it's a space like others, so it's properties (Name / Title / Description) can be changed using the Modify Space Properties in the Web Client.

But since this is also an element shown in the toolbar and the navigation tree, and in both places it is automatically localized (that is, if I switch to the Italian language, "Company Home" is translated as "Sito Azienda" in both places, I'm wondering if I can safely rename the space properties to, let's say, "MyCoolCompany Home" without breaking anything in the web client…

The easiest way to change this settings is to edit the message files.
You can find it here:
1. The default english translation file:

<ALFRESCO_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/alfresco/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/messages/webclient_en_US.properties‍

2. The italian (and all other languages) translation file:

<ALFRESCO_HOME>/tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco/messages/webclient_it_IT.properties‍

Search for the placeholder "company_home". You will find a set of (in italian):

company_home=Sito Azienda‍

Change the message after "=" to something that fits your needs.

Remember:
After editing you have to restart the alfresco server so the changes take effect.
After an update you may have to re-edit the files.
