Release 5.17.0 and org.activiti.spring.annotations

org.activiti.spring.annotations‍

suddenly disappeared with release 5.17.0. I have been working with the source code from the Manning Activity in Action book and one of the examples uses these.

Does anybody know how to migrate code that used these annotations from earlier releases to 5.17.0?

What kind of functionality are you looking for?
The annotations were removed because they added very little value, and were generally considered not very spring like anymore (by devs from the Spring team)
