Reinstall Repository>Data Dictionary>Email Templates with their default permission levels

Hi,

i want to Reinstall Repository>Data Dictionary>Email Templates with their default permission levels .Please guide me right steps to achieve this. I had made changes in Email Templates folder and want to save it back to original state.
