Refresh User Sandbox

I have 2 users A and B.  A modifies content and submits it to the Staging sandbox.  It gets deployed.  When will it show up in user B's sandbox? How do I refresh a users sandbox with the current production codebase?

It will show up once A's changes are committed to the staging sandbox.

User A sees their changes "on top" of the staging sandbox, there's nothing to "refresh".

Where is the commit button? I "Submitted All" and deployed. Isn't that all there is? User B is not getting the updates in his sandbox.

Have you got any WCM workflows configured?

The sandbox contains User B's changes only.   So if you as user A change something it won't go into B's sandbox.

What should happen is that the "Base Layer" changes.   So user B should see the latest version plus any content in the sandbox.

I have no workflows configured. I just tried it again, and clearly a file that I uploaded, submitted and deployed of file size 12k is NOT showing up in the other developers sandbox, his is still 10k and shows him as the last updated user, not me.

Is there anyway to force an update of his sandbox from the staging sandbox?
