Record of executed Rules somewhere?

I am sorry if this is a really dumb question–I am completely new to the system but have a timeline to get the pilot install up and running for a new development project:

I have set up rules for approval and rejection of documents, pretty much as it was described in the tutorial. Now I would like to see who rejected a document and sent it back to the drafts folder.

Is there any way to ask an approver to enter a comment when rejecting a document and track that comment together with the user id of the "rejector"?

Again, sorry if this is explained somewhere and I haven't found the documenation.

Not out of the box unfortunately, you would need to add some custom code to capture the comment and more than likely create a custom model to hold the data.

We are planning lifecycle support in the future that may help with your scenario but i don't have any firm dates for that work yet.
