Record managment 3.2r

Hi all
i realize that there is new improved release of record managment in version 3.2r of Alfresco
This release introduces a DoD 5015.2 certified Records Management module.
I could't find is there also need to install amp file for 3.2?Or is enough just simple alfresco installation?
But when i login in share page i can't see site for record managment?
Why?

Is there anybody knows how we can create and set Disposition date ? I couldn find this properties in the Share..
