I've seen that; it's on usage exclusively. I'm wondering how
to enable it to begin with? Trying to install the Enterprise
package for windows, running against SQL Server.
That said: the entire documentation is rather lacking; there's
nothing in the package, and the wiki seems to be mostly
related to 1.4 community rather than the 2.0 we grabbed.
A note on how to install, and how to enable a database that
one hasn't been offered during installation (e.g. SQL server
which I'd find a plausible choice on that platform to begin
with) would be great.
