5.8, 5.9 whatever… You can downlad it where everybody downloads Activiti or use the source and compile yourself…

Yes, this functionality is part of the Activiti Explorer.

In activiti explorer you can see your "own" instances, i.e. the instances you initiated.

The activiti explorer is meant to be a kind of prototype showcasing the *potential*of the activiti engine. But it is not meant to be a full blown monitoring and administration solution. (One sometimes forgets this, since Joram and Frederik really did an impressive job with this webapp Smiley Happy )

So I guess you could try to add the functionality you need to the explorer on your own.

On the other hand, if you are looking for a commercial tool offering full blown administration and monitoring, have a look at camunda fox cockpit:http://www.camunda.com/fox/enterprise/components/camunda-fox-cockpit/.
