Re Restricting users visibility

Hi,

I am new to Alfresco. I would like to know whether is it possible to restrict a user from viewing the space of another user in the same company or not. I couldn't find a way to do this, at the same time I saw that a user can be restricted from editing and deleting another user's space and other documents. Please help me soon as its is very urgent for me.

I have another doubt. I saw how to create categories for a content. My doubt is how can I give tags for a content. My requirement is if a document comes in a particular folder/space, that document should be given some tags like inquiry number, inquiry date, assigned to, product/service, region etc. How can I achieve this? Please help me.
