Creating forms in Alfresco Community Edition 3.3

Hi,
I would like to know whether I can create new web forms like leave application form or passport release form in Alfresco Community Edition 3.3 or not. I need to know whether it can be done in an easy way like integrating a plug-in or something similar to that? Please provide tutorials if anyone has.

Thanks CristinaMR for replying. But this is not what I need. I need to create a new dialog or wizard and I need my own JSF file to be displayed while clicking on the dialog. And after the user fills the fields I need to enter those values to the database. Is there any tutorial or pdfs for that? I have one more doubt. How can I understand the Alfresco repository architecture and the classes and methods available to manipulate docs and spaces? Any tutorials for this will be appreciated.
