I am new to activiti BPM. I am trying design a process but not sucessful yet.My requirement is a Service request is assigned based on some rule which I achived using the rule task. Now after the task is assigned the user whom it is assigned and his team lead will be able to see the task and team lead can reassign the task to another user. I am not able to captured this behaviour. Can anyone please help?
