Query Problem

Hello Everyone
I face a problem,Anyone can help me? thank you very much!
The problem as follows
At first,I use alfresco version is 4.2e,There are some users in system, every one have created a site,in every site,every user created some simple tasks in data list,Now a admin login the system,he want to query all simple tasks in every site that every one have created in there sites,I have queried all simple tasks,but I encounter a problme that the priority field appearance in english,but I want to show priority field in chinese,How I can achieve that? Some one can give me a solution? Thanks a lot!

Your suggestion may be right,But I find that when I created a new simple task,in the title field,description field,and comments field and so on ,when I write in chinese,A admin login the system query all simple tasks the title,description and comments field will show in chinese At last,I found that when every one created any simple task,the priority field and status field show in english,I doubt that I should config a property fles,but where is config and how config,can you give me a suggestion?thank you very much!
