Project Space missing in enterprise 2.2

Project Spaces aren't in v2.2 - only v2.9.

Could I export it from the Data Dictionary in 2.9 and import it into 2.2?

We've ported Project Space to Enterprise 2.2 for a client. However, it is more involved than just the Data Dictionary. There are content models to install, javascript and image assets to copy over, java code to port and web client to configure. This also depends on which of components of the project space you need. It is doable, but is involved.

Project Spaces don't exist in v3.0 - you should use the Share client instead.
