hi guys! i think you have a problem with your search function on the search page. i tried the download and was able to connect with alfresco, but i couldn't search for any of the documents that were there. am i doing something wrong? do i need to configure anything?
you are right. As you can read in our Known Issues topic, there are currently problems with searches, that come along with CMIS SOAP webservice problems.
It´s not a configuration error, and will work as soon as the webservice issues are fixed.
Do you have an idea when this search-issues with Alfresco will be fixed? This is a critical failure because it makes no sense to test OpenWorkdesk without the ability to search!. Is it a bug in Alfresco or in OpenWorkdesk?
we just received the latest Alfresco version 3.4 and we are on the way to test it in combination with the latest OpenWorkdesk release. I will come back to you as soon as I can tell more about the search issues.
we final have tested successfully the new Alfresco enterprise beta and also community 3.4. The workaround which was implemented into the cmis-adaptor is no more needed.
