problem with ldap and activiti5.19.0

hello sir ,
I am using activiti 5.19.0 and openldap-2.4.31 its work properly. but yesterday stop login to user  and give a warning relative to ldap.

org.activiti.ldap.LDAPConnectionUtil  - Could not create InitialDirContext for LDAP connection : LDAP response read timed out, timeout used:-1ms.

any one have idea about this.?

is that a warning or an exception? I've seen this exception too in the past, but I don't remember if it actually stopped anything from working.

Is that all you can see in the logs? No other exception?
