problem with invited user

In order to restrict access to some users i have unchecked "inhereted permissions of parent space" and i have invited the users i want to have read access to the space.
It works when i create manually an user, if the user is invited he can see the space but it doens't work when it is an user imported from ldap. In this case, the user doesn't have any permission on the space.
Does anyone have the same problem ?

Hi

Check the permissions assigned against space and user id - it is most likely that they differ in case only. Do not auto create users - LDAP may update users to have a uid of a different case. The autocreation can not know this and we do not support changing the uid. If this is the case users must only be added via LDAP import and not via autocreation before the import runs.
