Problem with File crossdomain on Alfresco tomcat

I'm having a problem because I'v writen a app in Flex 4 and when I compile and run it from my pc it worked fine but when I put my app on a Apache server the alfserver.no-ip.info do not responde.. I think it's a crossdomain.xml problem. when I simple do http://alfserver.no-ip.info:8080/crossdomain.xml it gives me the following error

Localização: http://alfserver.no-ip.info:8080/crossdomain.xml

I put my crossdomain.xml on the tomcat webapp root…

Can someone help me..

Create a Folder ROOT at alfresco/tomcat/webapps and copy the crossdomain file to the folder…..
