Problem using Alfresco User Task

I am trying to extend User Task class to use it with my application and while i was doing it i noticed that when you create an AlfrescoUserTask you save the model and you reopen it, and the AlfrescoUserTask has changed to a UserTask.
Is this a bug or it is ok?

To implement AlfrescoUserTask: Did you change something in the activiti-engine?

Is this happening in 5.9.1?
No changes to the Activiti Engine were needed for this, no.
