Problem of emphasis in RSS dashlet

Hello,

Did not find an answer to my problem in the forum (or so I searched badly), my question here hoping someone had this problem and has been corrected. Here is my problem:

I added a RSS dashlet to my site (share), and when I configure to display the RSS feeds of my choice, I encounter two problems in two different cases:

1. with the url "http://feediz.01net.com/synd/2205.xml" for example, the results displayed in the dashlet is:

Sans surprise, Atos Origin, Capgemini et Logica ont vu leur activit&#233; reculer au premier semestre 2009. L&#146;externalisation leur offre toutefois une bonne r&#233;sistance &#224; la crise.<img src="http://feediz.01net.com/blank-262025-1707614191.gif" alt="blank" width="1" height="1" /> »

=> As you can see in this first case I have a problem of emphasis, in the title the "é" is replaced by "é" and in the message body "é" is replaced by "&#233;", the images are replaced by their url, …

2. With the url http://rss.feedsportal.com/c/499/f/413840/index.rss, the result is displayed:

"No news items. "

=> In the latter case, the flow does not simply given.

NB. this problem appears only in the RSS dashlets

Language : french
Alfresco 3.2
Tomcat 6.0.18
Mysql: 5.1.35 - Community
OS : Windows Server 2003
