Problem in accessing Record Management Console

i have installed Alfresco Enterprise 3.2r. i am able to use all the resources of record management except console. It gives an error aunthentication fails. what should i do to use the console. where can i find ALFRESCO_ADMINISTRATORS group and Records Management Records Manager groups.  how can i be a member of this group, so that i can use the console to  manage the Records Management site, Records Management-specific administration tasks like Auditing ,Creating custom metadata, Defining roles, Setting email mappings, Defining events, Creating lists of values, Setting relationships, Defining user rights report.

Add the "admin" (Administrator) user to the "Records Management Records Manager " group using the (normal) admin console.
